We Are Doing Our Part
We make sure that guest satisfaction is always a priority when it comes to our operation. However, it is our aim to remain focused on the environment and the role we can play in ensuring our planet is cared for. The Infinity 180 owes its success and beauty to the natural world - so it is only logical that we are environmentally responsible.

A GREEN ISLAND
Alonissos is leading the way in sustainable tourism. No plastic bag policy. Protected marine park and the support of the endangered Monachus seal.
BIO PRODUCTS
Locally produced organic soap and bathroom products. Bedding is made from 100% natural products including coconut fibres .
REUSE + RECYCLE
Biodegradable products used wherever possible in bar and restaurant. Compost system in place for all gardens. All glass, paper and plastic is recycled.
ZERO KILOMETRE
We pride ourselves in supporting the local suppliers, growing our own organic vegetables, herbs and olive oil. As well as free range eggs for the breakfasts.
WATER SAVING
Rainwater for the gardens and toilet systems. Guests have the option to reuse towels, and sheets change once every 3 days.
SOLAR HEATING
With an abundance of solar energy during the summer season, we take full advantage and make sure all our water is heated from renewable clean energy
Our organic olives ready for pressing. Delicious olive oil used in our cooking, and given to guests as gifts on arrival.
